Sienna Glen® Maple (Acer x freemanii ‘Sienna’)
Sienna Glen Maple is a naturally occurring hybrid found near Lake Elmo, Minnesota. It is districtly upright and pyramidal growth habit. It shows vigorous growth yet withstands strong winds. The branches are more closely together along the trunk than those of other hybrid maples and the wood is stronger. The dense, dark foliage turn a wonderful burnt orange in the fall. A wonderful choice for a medium shade tree. This tree tolerates higher soil pH and does not exhibit any chlorosis.
